When celebrities get pregnant it is of worldwide interest. People across the globe are fascinated by the enws, want to see pregnant pictures of the star and basically want to follow every twist and turn from conception to birth. Why we are not sure, maybe it is because, for the most part, that celebrities are usually cast in their most perfect image and when pregnant they can't always present themselves in a perfect light.
